Zapier to send Case record to Azure DevOps

Hello,
Im trying to build a ZAP to connect D365 CRM to Azure DevOps.

when a new case/incident arrives to CRM365, I need to create automatically, a work item in Azure devOps

My CRM365 is online (mycompanyname.crm4.dynamics.com/) hosted in Europe …

I did not work with me . any help?
