Zapier to create Customer Statement in Zoho Invoice

 

Hi everyone, 

Context: My team currently allows for partial payments of invoices as they are paying for high ticket items over a long period of time. Instead of receipts, we want to give customers a record of all the payments they’ve made along with their balance. So a statement of their accounts would be the best thing to give. 

 

Request: I tried to look at the actions available for Zoho Invoice but there was no option for customer statements. So I was wondering if there was a way to add this to the wishlist for Zoho Invoice?

You’d likely have to explore using the Zoho Invoice API: https://www.zoho.com/invoice/api/v3/introduction/#overview

Hi @AliyahRizqDFarm 👋

I did some checking and couldn’t see any existing feature requests for the ability to generate an customer account statement so I’d suggest contacting our Support team to submit a new feature request for that to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. This will get it added to the wishlist and allow us to start tracking interest in having that functionality added to the Zoho Invoice app.

In the meantime, how did you get on with the API Request action that Troy suggested?
