Hi Zap Community,

 

I have recently started using Zapier and have the following question on terminologies and pricing. 

For a chatbot if its integrated with manychat with slack, does each query/question someone asking via chatbot and zapier executing it is considered as 1 task? I am trying to understand a bit. Appreciate if the Zap community can help clarify. Thanks.

A task is considered: 

  • Any successful action step
  • Any filter step that passes
  • Any time a path's rules pass

So depending on your set up, if you only have one action set up for your bot it would only equal one task. Check out more information in this link and please let us know if that makes sense or if you have any further questions!
