  • Zapier Table as CRM - How Can Client Retrieve Entry Info and Update Entry By Themselves

Hello! I’m using Zapier tables as my CRM at the moment until I get more costumers. Clients fill out an intake questionnaire via google forms and I then transfer that info to Zapier tables. I have two questions:

  1. If a client wanted to see their CRM responses by themselves, is there a way to do this without sharing the whole table? Can the client provide a specific input somehow like a phone number and then get the results for their CRM entry?
  2. If a client wanted to update their CRM responses by themselves, is there a way to do this without having them refill the Google Form they originally filled out?

Look into using Zapier Interfaces in conjunction with Zapier Tables.

Zapier Interfaces have forms that save data to Zapier Tables.

Zapier Interfaces can display data from Zapier Tables.
