I make a 3 step zap including filter.
First, New responses in spreadsheet in google forms
then filtering the answers like an image below
after that add a tag to subscriber by ConvertKit
I passed all test but when I turn on the zap, it doesn’t work.
How can I fix it? Is a problem that value is an Korean?

I fixed it with help by zapier support team!
I changed my trigger from [New response in spreadsheet in google form] to [New row in spreadsheet]
then it works!

No there’s no errors as I noticed.
Just It doesn’t work at all. I cannot find the reason.
It does not appear on the tasks too.
