ZAPIER IS CHARGING OUR ACCOUNT EVEN WITH A FREE PLAN

Hi,

we have noticed unusual activity with Zapier. Based on bank statements we have noticed that ZAPIER is charging us 28 euros monthy eventhough our account has a free plan. To who should I address this issue because it has been going on for more than a year.
