Zapier: Hubspot Deal --> Create a Ticket in Zendesk: How to pull in associated Contacts & Companies?

Hi, I am using Zapier to automatically send an email/create a ticket to Zendesk when a Hubspot Deal’s stage is changed to “Live & Installed”.

The trigger and Zap is working correctly and I am able to include some property information into the body of the email/ticket (as seen above), but I can’t seem to find the tokens to include the Hubspot Contacts & Hubspot Companies associated to the Hubspot deal (highlighted below).

Should they be in Zapier’s “Insert Data” (below)?

Thanks!

Justin

Hi @Justin-at-Singenuity

Try adding this Zap step: HubSpot - Find Associations

Thanks @Troy Tessalone.

Do I have this configured correctly? Or do I need to create two of these (One for Contact and a second one for Company)?

It sounds like the goal is to try to use the Hubspot Deal ID to search for any associations in the Contact and Company records, is that correct?

Thanks Troy!

@Justin-at-Singenuity

You would need 2 Zap actions.

Deal > Contact

Deal > Company
