For example, you can create a different table for each option in a facebook form:
I have a form on facebook with 3 choices (3 possible stores). I would like that, depending on the choice made, the contact enters the table corresponding to the store.

You’re using the word “table” and also mentioning the creation of a table and adding contacts to a table. We have lots of ways to do things conditionally (like if this thing happens, then do this other thing) but would you mind elaborating a bit on what your overall workflow looks like? Which other apps are you using (for example, where are these tables you’re referring to)? Thanks!
