Hi all can I get some help on how I can setup Zapier AI Chat Bot to feed into my ZOHO CRM. I’m confused with how it creates leads and etc so anyone with a step by step guide I’d appreciate it.

Then, make a new Zap with your AI Chat Bot as the trigger (for example, "New Message") and ZOHO CRM as the action (for example, "Create Lead"). Map relevant fields like name and email, test the Zap to ensure it works, and turn it on. If you run into any issues, feel free to ask for help!
