Question

Zapier and Notion automation

Hi everyone! I am currently working on a project involving Notion that aims to streamline the management of our company’s banners. Our banners are divided among myself and 2 other colleagues and it can sometimes be challenging to keep track of who has which banner.

My idea is to create a QR code for each banner. When one of us scans the code, it would automatically update Notion to mark the banner as 'Checked-in'. For instance, I envision having a dedicated page in Notion where I can monitor the status. If one of my colleagues scans the Logo banner for example, at the beginning of an event, it will show as 'Checked-in', and when she scans it again at the end of the event, it will then indicate that she has checked it out.

Is there a way to do such thing using Zapier?
Thank you!

Hi @RalucaCB

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions and help links.

Which QR Code app will you be using?
