Zap working in test only

Have a gmail set up when a realtime database gets updated. In testing the zap on the site it works and email is sent. But when try to do outside of a test no email gets sent, is there a delay normally in sending emails after a database update? It works when I maunally run it from the dashboard

Sorry this is now solved no idea what the problem was initially
