Zap to Bring Zendesk Ticket into a Conditional Kissflow Form

I have been trying to use Zapier to bring a Zendesk Ticket into a conditional Kissflow form, is there a way around all of the required boxes so it doesn’t mess up the entries in Kissflow?

Follow up question: how can I change the format of the dates in Zendesk to match what Kissflow wants to receive? Everything else is formatted correctly.

Good question.

You can use Formatter > Date / Time > Format

 

The fields indicated as required in a Zap step expect a value.

Hey there, @ktjones! Thanks for reaching out in community! I wanted to pop in and see if you were able to get this zap up and rolling?

Generally, as Troy mentioned, if it’s listed as a required field, it something the app needs in order to properly perform the trigger/action. 

As for Formatter it is a great tool for switching up date/time format. Here’s a nifty guide that could be helpful:
