Zap not notifying my email

Hi, I would like to ask your help, I have created 3 Zaps, the other 2 zaps have been firing and notifying me via Gmail but the other one is not, I want to get notified whenever I get a Facebook Lead form leads. 

I tested and it got fired but when there are actual leads, its not notifying me via Gmail. Pls help

Yes, the Zap is on. I see no error, my problem is its not firing on my Gmail once there are actual leads. @Troy Tessalone
