I am not using Zapier for a long time and I am wondering, is it normal that I have to reconnect Manychat app to Zapier?

This is already my fourth time I have to reconnect and that would say that If I am not aware of that, my zaps are not running.

If I am wrong, please let me know.

I appreciate any help from anybody.

I haven't used ManyChat before but I've just tried to connect to it in zap. It seems to authenticate via Facebook.

As far as I know, Facebook provides an access token but doesn't provide a refresh token, which means that you'll have to reconnect after the access token has expired. This might be the cause behind the issue you're having.
