Zap Keeps Turing OFF

I have a Zap, it is 12 steps and uses the paths at the end. This zap works great and does exactly what I want it to do. The problem is that about once a week it will turn itself off. It keeps thinking there is a problem, there is not. when it is on, its works great. How do I tell it that there is no problem and to stop turning itself off?

Check the Zapier Task History to determine if there are errors resulting when the Zap triggers.

You can use the Zapier Manager app to be alerted when a Zap turns OFF and to automatically try to turn it back ON: https://zapier.com/apps/zapier-manager/integrations#triggers-and-actions

 

Zapier automatically turns your Zaps OFF for you in 2 situations:

  • You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade.
  • Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run.
    • An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors.

Thank you very much for that. I had no idea that such a thing as a manager app for zapier existed. This is exactly the fix I was hoping for as I set it up to just turn the thing back on.
