I have a PandaDoc document that I’ve connected to Zapier and then back to Salesforce. After the document is filled in, the zap updates all of the fields in Salesforce except the ones that are picklists. For example, I get back the customer name, phone, etc., but none of the fields that have a dropdown menu where the client can select their state, “yes/no”, etc. What’s the problem? Thank you!

When configuring the Zap, check the dropdown options in the pick list.
The value being passed need to match the smaller gray font value, not the larger black font value.
