Hi! I set up a zap to create a new task in Celoxis project when an epic is created in my JIRA Instance through JQL: 

issuetype = Epic OR issuetype = “New Feature”

the test ran OK for the zap, I turned it on, but nothing happens. I created a bunch of Epics in JIRA, they are not appearing in the project I specified for Celoxis or anywhere wlse. Could you help me?

@YuliaZhyliaieva can you take a look at your task history in Zapier and see if the zap has triggered at all? Depending on if it’s triggering but filtering or failing or delayed the answer will be different, compared to if it is not triggering at all.
