Hi there,

I have been using the Free Plan but yesterday was told I have exceeded the task limit and need to upgrade. I’ve upgraded to the Team plan with 50,000 task limit. But today I have had another email telling me I have exceeded my limit (I haven’t) and my tasks are all being held and it won’t let me auto-update them. My account says that I still have 12 days remaining on my current free trial.

So what should I do? I need to be able to collect these tasks and so I need a solution fast!

It’s quite possible you’ve got a zap stuck in some sort of loop pattern which has exhausted your new 50k task limit.

Can you look bottom left of the editor and show us what this bit looks like for you:

 

You can also check here: https://zapier.com/app/history/usage

This will tell you if any of your zaps are using a lot of tasks.
