I have different support agent groups in Zendesk with different geographical location. Ex. Europe and North America. 

In Zendesk when specific customers open a ticket they are automatically assign to the these specific groups. 

I want to have a Zap that checks when a ticket is created in Zendesk and trigger a twilio action based on the support group it is assigned to. 

Right now it seems i can only configure the trigger based on who the organization creating the ticket.

What data points are returned from Zendesk as part of the Zap trigger step response?

Hi ​@Troy Tessalone , Thank you for your help. I used the Filter to filter out by Zendesk “group id”.
