Hi there,

I'm building an automated expense tracking system for the business I work with to reduce my workload and something that really takes me a long time is finding all of the Chart of Account ID#'s that you can only see when you select an account field in building a zap to customize an expense. Has anyone found an easier way to get these numbers in mass amounts?

The only other option I have is to go through and manually enter these numbers into my database...

@AndrewJDavison_Luhhu is right, the support team can get these for you.

It's also worth checking in QuickBooks to see if you could export a list of accounts (with account numbers) so that you can easily find it again in the future.

You could also set up a Zap that triggers from new Accounts to add the account name and number to a spreadsheet, so that you can automatically update the list as new Accounts are added 😊

@Danvers

All workarounds that *sort* of do the job.

What would be really useful is a "export raw IDs" link under all dropdowns!

@AndrewJDavison_Luhhu I definitely hear what you're saying 🙂
