We have a Zap trigger that sends information to another application. Our trigger event is when it is a new entry. However, we do not want all new entries to go into our other application, we want only new entries where the type is Complaint. Is this possible? How do I set up a way to Filter the new entries before sending the Zap?
The event is from Freshdesk zap to Intellect.
