Hello!

 

We have a Yes or No question on You Can Book me for new appointments. I made an automation on Zapier so that new leads for our business can answer yes or no if they are our current customer or not. If they answer no, they will automatically be added as a new lead to our nutshell account. If the answer is yes, the automation won't push through. 

 

I'm having problem because even if the answer is Yes, Zapier is still recording the appointment on You Can Book Me as a new lead to our nutshell account. Is there a way for me to set a condition that will not record the appointment as a new lead if the answer is Yes?

Not sure if you’ve already got this sorted but perhaps you could try adding a filter to the Zap to only allow the Zap to continue if the value in that question field is “No”. If you’ve not worked with filters in Zaps before I’d recommend checking out our Add conditions to Zaps with filters guide to how to use them.
