Wufoo Many Chat Integration

I have created a field in Wufoo in a way that a person type his own Facebook Name…

And I use it as a field in triggering my manychat…
 

My goal is to auto unsubscribe anyone who fills a form from wufoo...

Do the zapier search from the field in Wufoo such that the FB name... to Manychat?

Thanks for reaching out! I see that you are chatting with Support and they have suggested the below. If you have any further questions, please feel free to respond the the thread you have going with them so that they can continue to troubleshoot!

It looks as though you've correctly selected the User ID field from step 2. What might be the issue is that Step 2 doesn't appear to have been tested yet to the User ID being passed to step 3 might be a fake ID that's causing that error. To fix this, try retesting Step 2 and STep 3 to see if it's then able to go through successfully.
