We have a WPForm with bunch of checkboxes, which need to be send to Salesforce. In Salesforce, they are also checkboxes.
In Zapier, I map the form field to Salesforce field. to test --
(1) I fill out the form first, for example 3 out of 5 checkboxes are checked. Then in Zapier, I do “send test data” in each step. I check the record sent to Salesforce, all 5 chekboxes are checked (should be only 3 that are checked.)
(2) I turn on the Zap and submit the live form. the same, all checkboxes are checked in Salesforce record, regardless only 3 are checked in the form.
anybody has the same issue? any suggestion how to fix?
