Hi.

I’m currently looking for an expert to assist us with a woocommerce acuity integration. Currently when an appointment is purchased on woocommerce, a link to acuity is sent to the customer to schedule the appointment. The problem is that the customer can then access the link at any time to make additional appointments without paying. We are looking for a workaround that doesnt add more steps for the customer.

Hi @Jason22

Good question.

I don’t believe Acuity has functionality yet for scheduling links that expire after use.

Calendly has single-use (aka one-time) scheduling links that can be given out.
