For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.
Perhaps there is another Zap that is ON.
Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for the steps to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
Best to outline a specific example for us with screenshots showing the issue.

Just came across this and wanted to check in to see how things are progressing. Were you able to identify the cause of the issue from taking a look into the Data In and Data Out in the recent Zap runs as Troy suggested? If so, would you be up for sharing some details of what the issue was and how you solved it? This would be super beneficial to others that stumble across this thread in future!
And if you’re still having some trouble, just send over some screenshots as Troy mentioned and we’ll be happy to assist further. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
