Will a Zap trigger on events that happen when it was turned off?

This may be a silly question, but I want to be certain…

I’m about to perform thousands of events that my Zap would normally trigger on if it were on, however I want to ensure it will NOT trigger on them as I am manually doing it.  So I plan to turn off the zap before I perform the slurry of activities, and then back on well after they are complete.

My question is: Will my Zap somehow go back in time and “find” the triggering events that happened during the period it was turned off, and then process them?  That would be a nightmare for me and I want to ensure it doesn’t happen.

Thanks!
