Why won't Zapier recognise my Quickbooks products/services?

I’m trying trigger an invoice creation using my Quickbooks products when my client fills in my Tally Form. However, the ‘Find Products’ feature in Zapier doesn’t pull through my products/services from Quickbooks. Any ideas why? I’ve refreshed the connection, made sure the names match and tried it multiple times with no luck
