Hi,

Why isn't there the possibility to choose GPT-4-Turbo as the model in Chatbots? It is much cheaper to use.

Hi @shokko56

Zapier Chatbots use OpenAI's GPT-3.5-turbo model by default. To use GPT-4 and other models, you can add your own API key from your OpenAI account.

Hi Troy,

I get that Zapier Chatbots default to using the GPT-3.5-turbo model, and we can use GPT-4 by adding our own API key. It would be nice if I could also pick GPT-4-turbo as the model when I add my API-key. It's cheaper to use than GPT-4. Just a thought for making Chatbots better!
