Hello, I am trying to reply to some emails.
The email reply contains text about loans, we are a finance company in Spain.
Once I save the whole process the text with the email reply is deleted and I only get "Hello,".
I just tried to insert another text from a tutorial and it doesn't delete it. Is there any filter that is deleting the content related to the loans? any solution?

The Gmail integration should not be automatically removing any text about loans. When you say the email reply is deleted, are you saying that it’s completely removed from the Body field of the Gmail action? Or is it removed from the line it’s supposed to be on, and put at the bottom of that field instead? Also, does the text that you’re inserting contain any HTML tags?
I ask as there’s a known bug I think you may be running into here so just want to double-check the above before adding you to it. Looking forward to hearing from you!
