When a brand new donor donates to our organization via DonorBox, Zapier adds their information to a spreadsheet on MailChimp, but sometimes DonorBox does not send state information to Zapier which leads to an error message. Some of the addresses are going into the spreadsheet, but some are not. How do we fix this issue?

We have the address required in DonorBox so we do not understand why this is happening.
