Hello,

I can see two apps named Chargebee in the app connections.
One is named: “Chargebee (1.1.3)” listed in “Custom integrations” and added 7 months ago.
https://zapier.com/app/connections/private/ChargebeeCLIAPI@1.1.3
And then the other one is “Chargebee” listed in “All apps” - added today.
https://zapier.com/app/connections/chargebee

Do you know the reason for offering multiple apps of the same service?
Is it because we started using this connection of specific version and then when Zapier updates the connection, they create a new app and move the old one into “custom integrations” for the users that still actively use it?

Best regards,
Peter

Hi @Random walker! This is true because there is a new integration available for ChargeBee. It could be that the new one has new functionality or uses a new version of the API.

I always try to update my zaps when there is a new version available of the app; as usually it offers new functionality and to make sure my zap keeps working when the old one gets depreciated.

Thank you for the explanation! Zapier could put this explanation into the old apps (into footer or so, just few sentences and recommendation to use the new app) as it is not immediately clear.
