I have set up a Zap that looks at calendar entries on TeamUp, and if an entry meets the criteria, it gets sent to a Smartsheet spreadsheet. It works great when I add a new calendar entry, but the Zap is supposed to also evaluate the entry when it is updated. It does not do that. Does anyone know what Zapier considers an update in TeamUp to be? Changing the text in the event entries does not trigger the Zap.

Have you tried using this Zap trigger for TeamUp?

 

NOTE: The TeamUp triggers are NOT instant, and can take from 1-15 minutes to trigger depending on your Zapier plan.

Hi @Troy Tessalone, yes, that’s exactly what I have set up. It only seems to register newly added entries.
