What's the best way to handle account access when creating Zaps on behalf of clients?

Hello

We run ads for a number of clients from a single Facebook page using lead forms.
One client uses Hubspot and we'd like to connect their lead form to their Hubspot account via Zapier.

Is there a way to do this without either a) them giving us access to all their client data in Hubspot or b) us giving them access to all our clients' data in the other lead forms associated with the Facebook page?
Thanks, Dan

Hi @Access without Access

Good question.

Yes, if you and the client each have your own Zapier account, then you can keep access separate.

EXAMPLE

Your Zapier account

Zap

  1. Trigger: FB Lead Ads - New Lead
  2. Action: Webhook - POST Request
    1. Use the generated webhook URL from their Zap Step 1

Client Zapier account

Zap

  1. Trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook
    1. Use the generated webhook URL in your Zap Step 2
  2. Action: HubSpot - Create Contact

Amazing. That makes absolute sense. Thanks so much.
