What is the task usage for RSS by Zapier trigger?

Hi. This is my first post on this community. I’m looking for some guidance please.

I want Zapier to look at an RSS feed once a week for new items.

This doesn’t seem possible. When I set up the ‘Trigger’ as ‘Schedule by Zapier’ then the ‘Event’ for ‘RSS by Zapier’ cannot be ‘New Item in Feed’

So, I tried it the other way by starting with ‘RSS by Zapier’ as the Trigger then I get the ‘New Item in Feed’ option, which is what I’m looking for.

But, I want that to trigger that once a week. On the Zap, it looks like it will trigger every 2 mins and I can’t see an option to change this. Does this mean it is going to use 30 Zaps an hour looking at an RSS feed?

Any guidance for this confused newbie would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
