q- is there a standard process for testing asquarespace + insightly integration prior to implementation?

 Hiya @tom-a-tface! I can see you also reached out to support, which is awesome. Troy’s recommendations are spot on! Amber on the support side also has some tips and tricks, I wanted to pop here in case it’s useful to anyone with similar questions. 🙂:

The best way to really check out what Zapier can do with Squarespace and Insightly and get a feel for how many Tasks you'll need each month would be to sign up for a 14-day free trial. It takes a few seconds, it’s free, and you can do it here: https://zapier.com/sign-up/. You can also run tests on your Zaps before turning them on to make live runs.
 
You can view all available triggers and actions for both applications here: https://zapier.com/apps/squarespace/integrations/insightly.
 
We have a number of options to help you get started. We have a whole help site, which might provide you a bit more information about all the cool things Zapier can do: https://zapier.com/help/ and our learning site: https://zapier.com/learn/.
 
I'd start with the Getting Started Guide: https://zapier.com/learn/getting-started-guide/ and the How to Create a Zap Guide: https://zapier.com/help/creating-zap/.
