What is the best way to create these zaps (multiple zaps needed / subzap?)

Hi all 

I am struggling to get my head around this. 

I have built an app in Tadabase. There are 2 tables which contain data which I need to move into Mailchimp

User Table: Fname, Lname, Status, Email address. This is easy enough to do with a zap. 

the problem comes when  I need to add that user’s criteria as a custom tag for that user in mailchimp. 

Criteria Table: Postcode, Area.

In Tadabase, these tables are connected together 

What would be the best way to do this?
