What database app do you use? Are there any that you would recommend? I use Airtable a lot as its free and there are plenty of triggers and actions to use in Zapier.

Depends on what you are trying to do, and how much interlinking you need. Airtable is great and I use it more than any other options but another option is as simple as google sheets.

Google Sheets is great because it is really easy to use. Plus you can do lookups, trigger on changes and a bunch of other zapier triggers, actions and searches. Everyone knows how to use Google Sheets so really low barrier to entry.

Airtable is slightly more sophisticated but has so many uses it is a good starting place to build for the future. One of its main benefits is the ability to set up views, which can be shared and embedded in websites as well as having the form built in.

Airtable obviously goes beyond just a database, and you can use it to manage and run a business or a project. We have built out a lot of two sided marketplaces just using Zapier + Airtable + other tools.

Google Sheets is super helpful for so many things @CSDrake! I use it in so many Zaps, particularly if I need a more complicated Lookup table.

I wonder if there are any other good apps for more relational databases? Where you need something a little more complex than Airtable?

Has anyone used Quick Base or anything similar that they have thoughts on?
