I know this may not be particularly relevant but I’ve been thinking of integrating an ERP system into my shopify business. I’m pretty new to this so I was wondering what the difference between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX CRM was. I have a comparitively small business and I was wondering if it’s really worth it to invest in something with as great a starting cost as this.

Welcome to the Community! I’m not 100% sure what all the differences between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX specifically, but they appear to be earlier versions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM app. So it’s likely that some features within one, might not be available in the other.
