Hello everyone 🤗

I am currently working on maximizing numerous complex tasks that include multiple apps; and I would like to get some suggestions on guidelines to ensure everything works well. My  circumstance entails using applications such as trello; google sheets; slack; and asana to automate project management tasks; team notifications; and data updates.

i have put up some basic zaps; but as the processes become more complex; I am having difficulty assuring data accuracy; preventing duplicate jobs; and organizing relationships between different steps. how can I ensure that a trello task only generates a slack notice if it fulfills specific criteria in Google Sheets? how can I create conditional logic to handle different results based on specific data points?

I am wondering about the potential dangers of scaling these automation. Are there any typical mistakes to avoid when creating additional zaps?

Thanks in advance 🤗
