Here's the process they want to happen from start to finish. Can anyone recommend how I go bout setting this up please?


1. Candidate:
Sees the course and wants to sign up. First instance they need to fill in form.

2. Fill in the Form:
just like this example: https://form-example-a8ab82.webflow.io

3. Next step:
Course leaders would need to see form entry from the user and click sign off or disregard and be able to give a comment which goes back to candidate

4. Payment:
Then the candidate should get the option to pay for the full course once S&R have signed off that they are happy

5. Confirmation:
both course leaders and the candidate should receive confirmation 

Hey! What are you using as a back-end store for the form replies (e.g. Google Sheets/Airtable etc)? Once you have this, I think the flow will probably become clear to you, and the workflow should become quite straightforward.
