Webex Teams Post Not Producing Notifications

So I recently setup a Zapier to Webex Teams space. It posts the text but fails to produce a notification in the Webex Teams Space. Any suggestions?

Curious if this could have to do with user settings for notifications in Webex Teams VS the Zap.

So my notifications in the space are set to All. It’s almost as if Webex is not notifying because it’s not coming from a user per se?

I think i know what the issue is. Since it’s my Webex account sending the message to the space I don’t get the notification but everyone else does.
