We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="pl-PL" class="no-js"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="vi"

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

    What i should do? FYI i deactivated and activated zapier plugin

Thanks so much for reaching out, @GWENC and welcome to the Community! It sounds as if you may be experiencing a known bug with the WordPress plugin. While a larger solution is still being researched at this time, depending on the source of the issue, there is a possible workaround included in that thread.

I’ll also be sure to add your name to the list of affected users as well! In the interim, I’ll be closing this thread but we’ll be in touch directly as well as updating the main thread once a solution is reached.
