I am evaluating Zoho CRM for our franchised business. At the moment we use Xero to send invoices to our customers. Both me and my franchisee have separate Xero account linked to our respective banks. I was wondering if I could use Zoho CRM with Zapier to achieve the same (create invoices using different Xero accounts) from the same CRM instance. Also, I’d like the CRM to be updated with Payment information when Payments are made in Xero.

At the moment we are using a custom CRM which dynamically uses the appropriate/right Xero account based on the logged in user.

Hey @Vikas!

You can read more about Zapier’s Zoho and Xero integrations here:

To answer your question - yes, you should be able to build that! I’m not sure from your post what you’d use in Zoho as your trigger, but you can monitor Zoho for any of the triggers listed in the page above. Then, you’d use the Create Sales Invoice action within Xero to create the sales invoice. You can connect multiple Xero accounts to Zapier, and you’ll need one Zap for each account. Then, you’d just need some logic in your Zaps to determine which invoices are created in which Xero accounts.

Similarly, you can monitor each Xero account using the New Payment trigger, then sync those details back to Zoho.

Let me know if you need any additional help!
