Using Zapier with Trello: How to send task labels back to Helpspot

I have created a ZAP that pulls the ticket info from Helpspot, adds it to Trello and adds checklists to the card in Trello.

I want to use an agent that if a task is completed, it writes back to Helpspot with the label, not the ID. I am not sure how to get the display label to feed back.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Sahil-ISA

Make sure to log the Helpspot Request ID into a custom field on the Trello Card.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Trello - New Label Added to Card
  2. Action: Helpspot - Update Existing Request
    1. Map the Helpspot Request ID for step 1
