Using Zapier Under the hood

I have a CRM web app. My customers want to sync their leads with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and a bunch of popular CRM services out there.

I want to user Zapier to handle those integrations instead of integrating with each service directly.

Is there a way to send data from:
Customer’s account in my CRM → Zapier → Customer’s Zoho CRM account??

and how to get customer’s authorization to send data to his Zoho CRM account?? (without making them sign up for zapier)

Hey there, @Mostafa! Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community! 🎉

I can see you were able to chat with our awesome support team and I wanted to include their response here in case it’s useful to others!

This may be possible to accomplish. The first big piece it would require would be you setting up a private integration on our platform for your app, or using the Webhooks by Zapier app to set up the trigger step.

Here is more information about Webhooks by Zapier if you want to learn more: https://zapier.com/page/webhooks

Here is more information about creating your own app on Zapier: https://zapier.com/platform/how-to-build

The other big piece that would be necessary is the access to their Zoho CRM account. You would need their login information for each of their accounts to be able to pass along data to those Zoho CRM accounts.

I hope this helps! 🙏🏽
