Using Zapier in healthcare while maintaining PIPEDA compliance

Hello there,

I was wondering if anybody using Zapier in a healthcare environment. I’m a family physician in Victoria, Canada. I would love to expand the functionality of my EMR to allow for seamless automation —> like tasks, scheduling, payment processing/billing, messaging, etc. However, I am not sure about how I would ensure PIPEDA compliance. 

Any advice?
