Using Gmail on a Zap

Hello,

 

I’m using a Zap between Gmail and Zoho CRM to capture incoming emails.

I only need to capture the first email received and not the replies to it.

 

Any advises are appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Fausto Batista ,

Thanks for reaching out- happy to help!

It sounds like Filter by Zapier would be handy to use here- adding a filter after your Gmail step, you can tell the Zap to only continue if it contains certain text or meets certain requirements (like a reply).
