I’m trying to help a local business who is running Quickbooks Enterprise on a local serve (not cloud-based). Is there a workaround for them to use Zapier?

Hi @housleyadam

Help links for using QBO in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/quickbooks/help

Are self-hosted or cloud-hosted accounts supported? Cloud-hosted accounts only
  • Zapier currently works with QuickBooks Online versions. It does not support the desktop or self-employed versions of QuickBooks.

yes, I was hoping there was a way to export some of type of report to google sheets, airtable, etc. that could then be pulled into Zapier.

@housleyadam

Depends on your desired workflow logic for the steps to automate between apps.

You can search available Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions plus help links.

Hi @housleyadam,

We just wanted to see how everything is going with your Zap. Did Troy's recommendation get the job done? Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance with your Zap. We're glad to address any concerns and assist you.

We're looking forward to your response.

No, it wasn’t helpful. I know I can’t use Quickbook zaps as is. I was hoping someone in the community had a work around for a locally installed Quickbook client.

I have located a solution that works.

Hi @housleyadam,

We are glad that you manage to sort this out. Mind if you could share your solution so our community members can learn with it. Thanks.
