Use Values in 2 Google Sheets to update a Specific Row Value (VLOOKUP)

I am trying to look up a value in google sheet 1 using 2 values (customer email and sales person name) and then correlate that row and sales person’s name to pull in the sales person’s email address.  I can do it easliy with a vlookup, but i can’t get the row value to of the vlookup to increase by 1 each time to maintain the correct reference.
